Our dedicated due diligence and transition team works hand-in-hand with our clients during the process to insure that their questions are answered timely and accurately. Upon management assumption our operating teams work in tandem with the due diligence team to expedite the business plan drafted for each individual asset. Full inspection results and reports are delivered in an expedient manner within two weeks of completion of the site visit. Accelerated delivery of reports is available upon request.
